Healing Ocean Community Acupuncture
Community Acupuncture allows you to sit back comfortably in a recliner to receive a treatment with others in a quiet room. There is no need to disrobe. Merely roll your sleeves up to your elbows and roll your pants up to your knees. You will speak with your acupuncturist briefly in whispers and then be treated. The needles stimulate your body to heal itself as you relax in your chair. The presence of others in the room being treated at the same time creates a collective energetic field which makes individual treatments more powerful and clinically effective. You become part of an Ocean of Healing.
Sliding Scale Fee Structure allows you to decide what you can afford. By treating in this community style and keeping talk to a minimum we minimize the cost of acupuncture while maximizing its effectiveness. The sliding scale recognizes the different needs and resources of the people in our community. There is no outside funding. Your dollars keep the doors open. Please pay according to your means within the range of $20 to $50. Bear in mind that you may need a series of treatments. If the cost of treatment is an issue, please let us know. We want you to come often enough and regularly enough to really get better and stay better!

We do not take insurance, but will gladly provide a receipt.
Treatment Plans are tailored to your needs. Acupuncture is a process that works through stimulating the body to heal itself. It is gentle, safe and the benefits are cumulative. You may need to be treated more often at first and then taper off as the body finds its healthy balance. A miraculous cure with a single treatment is rare. Most people need a series of treatments. Our commitment to your health is demonstrated by the sliding scale. We ask you to demonstrate your commitment by seeing the treatment plan through to the best of your ability.
